Our History
After a combined 60 years of executive leadership and being part of the growth of key Fortune 500/100 entities, the founders of EmpowerTN were the people who led measured steps to operational excellence — driving down costs, accelerating execution, and managing corporate governance.
Those skills, combined with a deep desire to help leave the world a better place and make real impact on real people, became the perfect foundation for EmpowerTN.
Growing in a short time from single-family rentals and short-term rentals into multifamily and specialty projects, EmpowerTN is looking for more hearts to propel our growth. In 2026–27, we have projects that will help rebuild communities, provide respite housing for abused families, and much more.
